Pumping Station Systems

We support pumping station projects with integrated mechanical and steel solutions designed for reliable operation under demanding hydraulic conditions. Our scope includes steel pipelines, headers, manifolds, fittings, strainers, air vents, dismantling joints, wall penetrations, support structures, and related mechanical components required for installation, operation, and maintenance.

Booster Stations

Our booster station solutions are engineered to enhance pressure and flow continuity across water transmission networks. We manufacture the steel and mechanical components required to connect pumps, valves, pipelines, control elements, and maintenance access points with high durability and operational reliability.

Transmission Pipelines

We manufacture high-capacity welded steel pipelines for major water and industrial infrastructure projects. Our pipes can be fabricated in project-specific diameters up to 4000 mm, with wall thicknesses up to 25 mm, depending on pressure class, hydraulic requirements, and site conditions.

Pipelines are manufactured using longitudinal and circumferential welding processes and can be supplied with the required flanges, bends, reducers, branches, supports, and protective coatings. Production can be aligned with international standards including EN, ISO, AWWA, ASME, and applicable project specifications.

Special Fittings

Our special fittings are engineered to ensure safe connection, controlled flow, and long-term structural integrity across water and industrial networks. Each fitting is manufactured according to the required diameter, thickness, pressure rating, connection type, and installation layout.

We produce equal and unequal tees, cross tees, elbows, flanges, concentric reducers, eccentric reducers, dismantling joints, flexible joints, wall joints, strainers, and air-management assemblies.
 

  1. Equal and unequal tees
    are used to create controlled branching connections within piping systems. They can be fabricated at 90°, 45°, or custom angles to match project layouts and hydraulic requirements.

  2. Cross tees 
    provide four-way flow distribution and are used in systems requiring multiple directional outlets or high-demand flow configurations.

  3. Welded elbows 
    are manufactured to provide smooth directional changes while minimizing pressure losses and maintaining flow efficiency. They are available in standard and custom angles, with short-radius or long-radius configurations according to system requirements.

  4. Flanges 
    are produced in slip-on, weld-neck, and blind configurations to provide secure, detachable connections between pipes, valves, pumps, and equipment. Thickness, drilling, and pressure class are customized according to international tables or client specifications.

  5. Concentric reducers
    are used where centerline alignment must be maintained between different pipe diameters, especially in vertical piping and selected pump connections.

  6. Eccentric reducers
    are used mainly in horizontal pipelines and pump suction lines to prevent air-pocket formation and support smooth hydraulic transition.

  7. Dismantling joints
     provide longitudinal adjustment, allowing valves, pumps, and equipment to be installed, removed, or maintained without complex pipe modifications.

  8. Flexible joints
    absorb axial, lateral, and angular movement caused by vibration, temperature variation, settlement, or mechanical stress, protecting pumps, valves, and connected equipment.

  9. Wall joints
     
    are embedded fittings used where pipelines pass through concrete walls, tanks, foundations, or chambers. They provide watertight and gas-tight sealing through integrated puddle flanges or water-stop collars.

  10. Strainers
    protect pumps, valves, meters, and downstream equipment by removing weeds, solids, and debris from the flow. They are designed with internal screens or perforated baskets to maximize filtration area while maintaining low pressure drop.

  11. Air vent systems 
    are installed on pumping stations, storage tanks, and pipeline networks to support controlled air exchange, prevent vacuum formation, and improve system safety. They are typically fabricated from steel pipes, elbows, and screened openings designed to prevent debris entry.
