Steel Bridges
Designed, fabricated, and installed for strength, durability, and performance under demanding conditions.
ELBATTAT Holding designs and manufactures fixed, movable, and pipeline bridge structures for infrastructure, industrial, marine, and utility applications. Our bridge solutions are engineered according to load requirements, span length, site constraints, corrosion exposure, operational movement, and installation methodology.
Fixed Bridge Systems
Fixed bridges are designed for permanent crossing applications where reliable structural performance and long-term durability are required.
Roadway bridges are engineered to carry vehicular loads, service vehicles, and infrastructure traffic. They are designed for strength, stability, and safe operation under continuous use.
Pedestrian bridges are designed for safe access across canals, roads, industrial zones, utility corridors, and public or private infrastructure areas. They can include handrails, anti-slip flooring, access stairs, and architectural finishing where required.
Movable Bridge Systems
Movable bridges are engineered where navigation, waterway access, or operational clearance is required. These systems combine structural steel design with mechanical movement, operating mechanisms, locking systems, and control requirements.
Swing bridges rotate around a central pivot to open a navigation path for marine traffic.
Vertical-lift bridges raise the bridge deck vertically using lifting mechanisms, allowing vessels to pass underneath while maintaining alignment with the crossing route when closed.
Bascule bridges, or drawbridges, use a counterweighted lifting arrangement to open the bridge span and provide waterway clearance. Double-beam configurations can be used for larger or more demanding applications.
Pipeline Bridges
Pipeline bridges are specialized steel structures designed to carry pipelines over roads, canals, valleys, drainage channels, or other obstacles.
They are engineered to support the weight of the pipeline, operating fluid, thermal expansion, wind effects, supports, maintenance access, and site-specific loading conditions.
