Site Installation Supervisor (Steel & Hydraulic Systems)
We’re seeking a Site Installation Supervisor to lead installation and execution for steel and hydraulic infrastructure scopes. You’ll coordinate site activities, manage daily progress, and ensure installation is completed safely, accurately, and ready for commissioning.
Key responsibilities
Supervise installation activities on-site and coordinate crews/subcontractors.
Coordinate lifting plans, sequencing, and site readiness with project teams.
Ensure installation quality aligns with drawings and technical requirements.
Track progress, report blockers, and maintain daily/weekly site updates.
Coordinate delivery logistics and on-site storage/handling.
Support commissioning, punch lists, and handover documentation.
Enforce safety standards and toolbox talks.
Requirements
5+ years supervising industrial/infrastructure installation (steel preferred).
Strong understanding of site sequencing, lifting coordination, and quality checks.
Comfortable reading drawings and coordinating with engineering.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in pumping stations, pipelines, water infrastructure, or heavy steel structures.
Familiarity with commissioning support and final handover workflows.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders on live sites.
High-impact role on complex scopes.
Strong support from engineering and production teams.
Extension opportunities based on project pipeline.
